Slow Cooked Teriyaki Ribs

1 large (2 1/2 lbs.) rack baby back ribs, cut into pairs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, pressed
sesame seeds for garnish

Sprinkle separated ribs with pepper; place in slow cooker bowl with 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce. Cover; cook on high 4 hours or low 7 hours until tender. Cut ribs apart into singles. Simmer teriyaki sauce, balsamic vinegar and pressed garlic cloves, uncovered on medium-high heat 5 minutes; brush onto cooked ribs. Serve with slaw. Garnish with sesame seeds.
