Crockpot Meatball Parmigiana

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced for meatballs
2 cloves garlic, minced for sauce
2 (28 oz) cans Pomodoro Tomatoes
2 cups red wine
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Sub sandwich rolls
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Fresh mozzarella

Prepare meatballs; ground beef, eggs, 2 garlic cloves, breadcrumbs; Mix together with hands, form meatballs and place in crockpot. Prepare sauce; squeeze tomatoes from can over meatballs, add wine, garlic and sugar. Let cook on low for 7-9 hours. When ready to eat; turn off crockpot. Give a few stirs. Slice rolls, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, place in preheated 325*F oven, toast 5 minutes. Take rolls out, put meatballs on each roll, then add Mozzarella on top of meatballs, place back in oven for additional 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
